In 2012, I founded Golden Gate Consulting Ltd., a brokerage company specializing in the development of people and businesses across seven different industries. We serve our clients independently and objectively, drawing on the expertise of dozens of Finnish and international partner companies. I provide comprehensive development solutions for businesses, with a holistic approach that integrates sales, marketing, and coaching.

I use a range of methods including participative coaching, inspiring facilitation, transformational business coaching, and impactful mentoring — always tailored to the client’s needs. Sessions can be delivered in Finnish or English.
